The Microsoft Health app for Windows Phone has scored its second update in as many days, although the latest is a pretty minor affair. The latest update bumps the Health app up from version 2.3.20126.0 to 2.3.20202.0, and doesn't appear to bring any user-facing changes. It's likely that the update simply adds some bug fixes and performance improvements to the mix.
This follows the another recent update to the Health app that added the ability to track your weight, including trends for the previous month, three months, or the entire time you've been logging it.
