Third-party Twitter app Tweeten, which launched in beta form, on PC in January, you can download the new 1.4 beta version which includes many improvements for its light theme
Specifically, the light theme is now available for Modal, Compose menu, Polls and Twitter cards. The update also has quite a few bug fixes and UI improvements. The latest Tweeten beta is available for download for PC at Tweeten's website in 32 or 64-bit variants.
